Page eighty-six of the second red Ontario scrapbook features magazine pictures of American presidential First Ladies in formal dress, and a painting of a mayflower by Montgomery's (almost) nine-year-old son Stuart. There are also newspaper clippings detailing Montgomery's appearance at the Business Women's Club, her talk at McMaster University, and a death notice for Montgomery's Aunt Annie Campbell (of Park Corner, PEI).
