Page ninety-seven of the first red Ontario scrapbook contains magazine clippings about the Titanic disaster, including an illustration of a woman and child in mourning with a quotation from Alfred, Lord Tennyson's poem In Memoriam, and photographs of Colonel J.J. Astor and Mrs. Astor with a caption describing the couple's last moments together. This page also includes a Canadian National Railway souvenir photograph of the Fraser River Canyon in British Columbia.
